The Peg Board labyrinth provides an unrivalled challenge to increase and develop upper body strength through eight, increasingly difficult stages.
It gives a strong physical workout to the muscles in the arms, shoulders, forearms, hands, upper body and core while also testing mental focus and agility for making decisions under pressure.
Unlike rock climbing, there are no preset points of contact on the pegboard. It allows freedom of movement and helps to develop back muscles not usually addressed by traditional pull-ups and rock climbing.
Mounted directly to a solid wall, the Peg Board Labyrinth is a versatile tool you, or your customers can make a serious part of the training routine.

01. Ultimate Calisthenics Beginner

A straight horizontal line is the perfect way to hold your body weight and build up the strength required. The aim of PBL 1 is to encourage people to develop the strength using their upper body whilst carrying out minimal movements. This is the perfect board to get kick started off with to build up your confidence.

02. The Improver

This is the first introduction of all four movements, up, down, left and right. This will work further muscles beyond PBL 1 and start to condition your body. The perfect way to start with all four movements and a steady progression from PBL 01.

03. Intermediate Is The Way Forward

If you are comfortable with pull ups, this could possibly, be your entry level. Although still challenging to complete for most athletes, this will be a test of your mental and physical strength. Get ready to push yourself.

04. Challenging To The Core

This is the first introduction of the long vertical reaches, although we’ve given you a helping hand halfway up. If PBL 3 was too easy for you, then PBL 4 could be your entry point. This level is for users who can complete multiple pull ups with ease and are looking for that extra challenge.

05. We Demand More From You

Just past the mid-way point for the Sthenyx PBL challenge. This board does what it says, it demands further strength and stamina. PBL 5 will definitely demand a solid workout.

06. Definitely Difficult

This is where the PBLs start to look intimidating. The long verticals return but with no mid-way points on two of them. This board has everything and is where the fear starts to kick in. If somehow you manage to complete this difficult beast, you have nothing else to prove, well done.

07. Pro Level Up

The same amount of long verticals as PBL 6, this is an expansion on the rest of the movements and is only designed for the pros. You’ve got to be at the top of your game to even think of achieving such a monstrous challenge.

08. No one’s an expert

Introducing the ultimate powerhouse of fitness innovation, this is one huge labyrinth with everything crammed in.
